The photography is first class, and one might even have the sense that one can actually smell the mouth-watering aroma of a wood fire and hear the splattering of those meat juices. Recipes include an introduction and background, bullet lists of ingredients with measurements in both imperial/American and standard/metric (yay! When you are with friends and family cooking outdoors, the food is sure to be delicious even if it’s not perfect.
