About this deal

Please always read the labels, warnings, and directions provided with the product before using or consuming a product. Using two packs of the ‘relatively new’ digestive nibbles gives these bars a really satisfying crunch.

It seems like the Nibbles bag are marketed as more of a chocolate than a biscuit and so use a better quality chocolate, but honestly, I didn’t really notice a difference. The biscuit is identical in taste and ingredients with the exception of skimmed milk and glazing agents used in the Nibbles but they are the very least used ingredients and I certainly didn’t notice them in flavour. Because their slightly salty, wholemeal flavour balances the sweetness from marshmallows and chocolate.

As much as I enjoy baking, sometimes it is nice being able to whip up a sweet treat, without putting the oven on.

They smelt slightly more chocolatey than standard Chocolate Digestives but only just – they still smelt like Digestives to me anyway.

In terms of ingredients the milk chocolate makes up 54% of the finished product so in theory should be the most noticeable. A totally naturally delicious and nutritious way to reward little paw print hearts of goodness to your dog’s tummy! Very active - You exercise almost every day of the week doing high intensity training such as running, spinning, team or competitive sports. I’ve just had a quick look over the ingredients for both these and the biscuits and the chocolate is actually different: The Nibbles chocolate uses more cocoa mass and a little less milk and the biscuits use skimmed milk instead of whole and have butter oil, vegetable fats and palm oil. We track calories and 7 key nutrients - carbs, sugar, fibre, protein, fat, saturated fat and sodium.Whilst small in size, these miniature treats are nice and easy to eat with their crumbly soft texture. Finally some advice, if you are making these for a party, place in a baking parchment lined, airtight container and hide them! They look like, and begin to taste like, Maltesers except you’re waiting for the familiar hard, malt flavoured crunch of a Malteser that never comes. All Wag Wins handmade dog treats are dairy-free, wheat-free, grain-free, gluten-free and vegan friendly…so you can be rest assured your dog with have a happy tummy with a wagging tail when treated with Wag Wins digestive nibbles. The reason I haven’t bought them myself is not that I don’t appreciate a McVitie’s chocolate digestive, because I most certainly do, but I like to dunk my biscuits and dunking these would presumably be a tricky and messy affair. These digestive nibbles are designed to replicate the human digestive biscuit, except wheat-free, grain-free and packed full of vitamins, minerals and fibre for your dog!
