The wand is so far spread apart between the bristles it doesn’t seem to catch any lashes to coat, there is no volume whatsoever - very disappointed this time, and a waste of money. I bought two on offer (as I use it all the time) and it doesn't flow easily, is clumpy and worst of all, even though I am also using my normal remover, you can't get it off! I personally don’t go for the bright blue mascaras and this navy shade is discreet and sophisticated and not heavy on me. I bought this recently and have always liked the other No7 mascaras, I just couldn’t remember the name of the last one I had - this one wasn’t it and won’t be again. It doesn't add volume or curl the lashes, in fact it doesnt make much difference at all from my bare lashes. I had great hopes for this mascara after I had read the reviews, however, although it goes on really well, by midday it had smudged underneath my eyes even though I hadn’t been outside and my eyes hadn’t been watering.
