With just one easy press of a button, you can set the machine to launch balls at either 7 or 15 seconds apart, or just launch single balls.

The outside plastic trim ring on the opening where the ball ejects also was rather flimsy and our beagle scratched it off trying to get the ball out of the launcher when it failed to launch. There are several minor issues that really aren't that big of a deal if the big issues were not present. What started as a grandfather / grandson tinkering project in the garage, turned into a successful Kickstarter campaign, and now 5 innovative dog products.To honor the warranty, iFetch, at its option, will repair the defective product or replace the defective product with a new or refurbished unit. Do not remove (or allow anybody else to remove) any product identification, copyright or other notices. The standard iFetch is designed for small-to-medium sized dogs, however the larger iFetch Too will suit a larger breed. The good news is that our dog loved ours before it died, it was just more trouble than it was worth and now it's worthless to boot.

Despite the shortcomings we figured it was still an OK purchase until it totally and completely stopped working less than 2 months after purchasing it. Those seemed to wear down to nothing in no time and that was before we switched to the chuck it type ball.
