About this deal

Ryuusuke realizes that the body is of the child the woman murdered and he and his parents inform the police. Tomato in the Mirror: Invoked, as Ryusuke starts to doubt his sanity and wonder if he and the boy at the crossroads are one and the same, especially after others reach that conclusion, but the evidence he sees have been planted by his friend trying to get Ryusuke to kill himself and join Suzue so her ghost will leave him alone.

The main character Ryusuke told a woman’s fortune at the crossroad when he was asked as a young boy. On the one hand, it could be that the boy at the crossroads has some dark powers that make people take their fortunes to the worst possible end, but it's also possible it's more psychological and people are taking fortunes the wrong way due to suggestion and their own will rather than magic and that they are following them to the end due to the finality of the fortunes in the town's custom. However, he wasn't trying to implicate him to others, but to get him to doubt his sanity so he would kill himself and join Suzue in death at her urging. I love Junji Ito, in case you haven't been following along, and having any complaints about getting hardcover editions as nice as the ones from Viz feels a little like the very definition of looking a gift horse in the mouth but also the decisions that Viz keeps making about what, exactly, the bring out remain frequently perplexing. It also does a wonderful job of bringing together seemingly unrelated phenomena in dramatic, terrifying style. The premise was paper-thin and a little contrived, the type of weird that puzzles me more than it unnerves.

Ryuusuke feels horribly guilty about the incident and becomes uneasy when faced with the topic of the game. Fan Mob: A very twisted case with the boy at the crossroads and the girls he has told will not find love.He has a crush on his friend Midori, but is afraid to tell her that he feels he was responsible for the death of her aunt. Pretty Boy: Both the beautiful boy at the crossroads and Ryuusuke, as the boy in white are depicted with femininely attractive faces and gain the term " Bishōnen" as an epithet in the original Japanese text. Sometimes the feeling builds to some shocking revelation when you turn a page, but soon the shock will be followed by a panel or scene that's almost-hopeful. With the whole city in an uproar, a smug Midori tells him that the authorities are all looking for Ryuusuke, believing that he is the Intersection Bishounen. They run into one ghost girl who asks for the love of her life to be fulfilled, and Mitsuru firmly tells her that the Intersection Bishounen is evil and that she should stay away from him.
